Arrived on site for maintenance. Customer led me to a thermostat and the air handlers one being a mini split and the other being a regular air handler in the Attic. Remove removed the filters of the mini split and wash it down with a hose. Inserted the filter back into the unit the unit temperature split was 30°. Notified the customer that the mini split has a big amount of bacterial growth inside the blower. Went to the attic for the air handler that controls the first floors temperature. Look at the evaporator coil, metering device inside is a piston, everything look clean. Inserted a condensation pan pill inside the pan of the air handler. Customers stated that a while ago their air handler had an issue where it would flood but another company took care of that prior to this. Change the filter of the air handler that is in the hallway inside a register. Went outside to the condenser and pulled the disconnect of the condenser to thoroughly maintenance it.
