Greeted customer upon arrival. Customer led me to thermostat for upstairs and downstairs. Customer let me to the air handlers that are inside the laundry room. Customer led me to condensers that are behind the house. Turn to one of the thermostats to cooling to identify which condenser go to which air handler. Identified both condensers. Turned off once condenser to clean it thoroughly. Turned off the second condenser to clean it thoroughly. Went to the air handler to check out the filters, filters look new. Put in field pieces to check pressure on condenser, put in field pieces to check temperature split on air handler. Precious for the first floor unit was fine temperature split peaked at 23 degrees. Temperatures for the second floor unit was fine 21°. Inform the customer about the units condition and status, customer acknowledged and signed off.
