Customer having seemingly similar issue to last time. Customer swears it's related, jack says its not related because the system was working for a month in between. We will have to see if this is related or not to charge the diagnostic or not. Looking into notes now, jack recommended a maintenance, sent estimate. Alli called to schedule it and customer did not answer.
