Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for 410a at 116/265 psi with 4 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 78 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 13 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. Homeowner said the filter was good. Performed efficiency test utilizing MeasureQuick. System running as it should.
