Arrived on site for maintenance of three condensers. Customer line to the attic where all three air handlers located. Turned on all three units the unit for the second floor emergency switch seem to be off, customer said that turned it off. Turn the unit back on and all three units ran normally. Pull the disconnect of the unit outside so I can operate on them safely. Changed all three filters of every unit. The first floor unit for the front half has two filters. Check the clothes for all three air handlers. Went outside to wash the free condensers down with chemical and water. Pressures for the second floor unit for a little low for some reason aware of that. First floor unit is doing well with a 22° split. And the unit that does the back half of the house was only giving her 9° delta T with a superhero 53, recharge the unit with 3 lb and a Delta see went as high as 15 super heat went down tremendously.
