Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside coils, measured pressures for 410a at 107/237psi with 6 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 73 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 23 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. System running as it should. Installed UV light replacement bulb. Homeowner stated it was previous paid for.
