Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside coils, measured pressures for 410a at 125/258psi with 7 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 77 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 15 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. Performed efficiency test utilizing MeasureQuick. System running as it should but not efficiently. Recommend replacement due to age and energy consumption.
