Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside coil, measured pressures for 410a at 115/280psi with 1.3 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 85 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 20 degrees. Cleaned out condensate line. Performed efficiency test utilizing MeasureQuick. System running as it should. Discussed lack of airflow to bedrooms. Also due to the age of the system; 15 years. It is recommend to upgrade and maybe take advantage of the grants from the utility companies.
