Arrived on site, met customer. Customer led me to two thermostats the first floor and the second floor. Turned on both thermostats to see both condensers turn on. Full disconnect on both condensers to power them both off. Took top off both condensers to clean it from the inside out. Put the top back on for the condensers. Plugged in disconnect to power on condensers. Hooked up gauges on condensers to check pressures, pressure seemed fine. Went inside to put in temperature probes after changing both filters. Temperature split from the second floor reached 19°. First floor temperature difference reached 14°. Outside temperature was currently 64°. Check for voltage in Amazon both units and both seems fine.
