Arrived outside for no cooling. Customer stated that the condenser would turn on for 3 seconds and then turn back off. Try turning the unit on upon arrival, unit turned on for 2 seconds and turned back off and will not turn back on. Pushed in contactor and the fan will turn on but the compressor would stay off. Check the capacitor in case if it was faulty but it wasn't. Check pressures with field pieces gauges, high pressure was staying at 252 and low pressure was at 45 standing pressure. Customer stated that they recently watched the filter, they washed their filter every month. Evaporator coils were clean metering devices at txv. Looks like there's a restriction and the line, would have to take out both filter dryers outside one inside condenser second one outside condenser, we would also have to replace the TXV if not the evaporator coil.
