Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. First, I ran a static pressure test. This unit is rated for a max of 1.0 and it’s testing at .8 which is right where it should be. Next, I checked the running amps on the inducer and blower motor and both tested within specs. I changed out the filter today with a 20x25x1 inch high velocity filter. Cleaned the flame sensor. Blower wheel is a little dusty but not bad. The flue looks great, it’s double-walled all the way up and out the chimney. Temp rise is within specs at 39 degrees. The CFM count shows the duct work is too small for the system. My Field Supervisor Jamie arrived to discuss with the homeowners. I set them up on a new Club Membership today and installed SmartAC sensors. Got the app downloaded to his phone and it’s working as it should. Lastly, I noticed the humidifier is not working.
