Checked all operations in cooling mode and inspected furnace filter. We checked static pressure which was failing at this time a supervisor will be out to evaluate static pressure. Checked all electrical we found the fan motor is leaking oil and the capacitor is going bad along with the system refrigerant needs recalibrated. We informed the customer but they didn’t want to do anything at this time.
