Company arrived Thursday, April 20, 2023 to perform plumbing inspection. Upon completion of inspection company found that there are six gate valves that need replaced with quarter turn ball valves. Company found water heater is five years old recommending anode rod replacement. Company found the trap nut is broken on the downstairs sink. Company found washer hook ups need replaced.
