5-2-23 Tue Per the quote Sam and I installed new blower pillow bearings on the engineered air cold deck unit. After install replace the existing belts and blower pulley. Ran the unit for approximately half hour, then checked the blower amps Rated @ 29.5amps and running @ 18 amps. Check the motor casing for any overheating. Also, check the bearings for any overheating system is working properly at this time. I will do a follow up check tomorrow morning. Install new door handle assembly for the evaporator coil access door. Found during the spring tune up Front and rear lower wheel pillow bearings grease seals are bad. One door handle broken. Quote to replace front and rear blower wheel pillow bearings and one door handle. Price includes the factory replacement parts and labor. Part prices include the customers 10% discount per their pm contract. The unit will be down during the repairs resulting no air flow or cooling.
