Dispatched for system not working after whole house had a power surge. After a thorough inspection of the whole system, it was discovered that there was an electrical fault in the furnace. After a more in-depth inspection of the electrical system it was discovered that the power to the transformer was not coming out as 24v. This part failed due to the surge of electricity over the weekend. Have a new transformer order and installed a surge protection to the furnace. We will return June 17,2025 to replace transformer.
