This is a two stage system. I also found the first stage evaporator is got a good amount of ice on the distributor tubes and I can feel oil on the distributor tube flare nut. We need to do a leak search and repair, time and material and also set the thermostat up for for multi stage If the leak is where I think it is, 4 hours plus refrigerant I would weigh in the refrigerant R4
