While on-site for the hvac preventative maintenance two belts were identified as needing replaced. The Lennox unit closest to the mini-split had the indoor blower motor belt replaced. There were also not an emergency belt. An extra belt was left inside of the blower compartment for use in the future. The exhaust fan for the men’s restroom was also in need of a new belt and it was replaced with a belt that was on-site. There is an extra belt inside of the woman’s bathroom exhaust fan on the roof for an emergency repair if needed. Both the exhaust fan and the Lennox rooftop unit were checked again after the belts were replaced. Both repairs were successful. Thank you, Jon Tech notes: -misc is the price for belts
