2-20-24 Jon and I made the following repairs Jon installed the condenser units motors on the kitchen AC and dining room AC condenser units. I installed a new thermostat on the bar beer reach-in cooler, I did test the existing thermostat it would not open and tested new thermostat prior to installing. If there is still an issue with the box, getting too cold, we’re gonna have to dig into a little deeper. Walk-in freezer condensate line has frozen up. The condensate pipe does have a heater that has failed. Remove the failed heater and installed self regulating heater and reinstall the existing arm cell insulation. I don’t have access to the parts. They are on a different job number.
