Went for a furnace maintenance today. Changed the filter. Combustion analysis test passed, no carbon monoxide leak. Heat exchanger has some rust, but no cracks. Inducer motor amperage passed. Pressure switch passed. Flame sensor cleaned and tested correctly. Gas valve operating correctly. Blower motor amperage passed and blower wheel is clean. Control board has no burn marks. Drain for the furnace is working properly. Washed the AC unit while I was here. Furnace wasn’t operating correctly due to a clogged exhaust flue, a loose wire, and a tripped rollout switch.
