Today (8/28/25) I performed a lite maintenance on the six rooftop units and the vent fan. All filters were replaced today. Morgan brought to my attention that they have had some water dripping from the roof. I inspected the area indoors above the grid and on the roof. The rooftop unit closest to the area showed no signs of water back in up into the unit. I took pictures of the area on the roof and relayed those to Morgan. The roof hatch was closed, the sprinkler room for was locked and the key returned. Thank you, Jon
