Arrive to remedy and inoperable system. Upon inspection of the system found the furnace fan working but blowing no cold air. Verified cold for cooling at the furnace. Inspected the interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found that the blower wheel is heavily coded in dust, and that the evaporator coil is heavily impacted with debris. Install the furnace filter to replace the completely collapsed one. Went outside and found the condenser fan was working but the compressor was not. Performed diagnostic and found that the capacitor for the compressor had fully failed. Replace the capacitor to continue diagnostic. Upon trying to connect, refrigerant gauges found that somebody had applied and I lock to the refrigerant caps. This is not a repair for a failed or leaking part. There is leak sealant and thread sealant keeping the system from sealing properly. These valves can be replaced properly, repairing the leaking refrigerant issue. Measured amp draw on the compressor and found the syste
