Today I arrived and went to the warehouse location. The system that was not cooling serves the break-room The weather just started to rain again and the conditions on the roof were wet. I was unable to access the roof today however I was able to diagnose a control board failure in the split system furnace that serves the break-room. I also checked all components possible without the board functioning before replacement. I sourced the part and was given verbal approval for the repair. In addition to this an estimate was created and emailed as per Tim’s request. The control board was replaced and its functions were checked. The system returned to normal operation with a temp differential of 20deg. The system was cycled via the thermostat twice and the blower motor amps were checked. The new control board and the labor used to replace it will be warrantied for one year from today’s date (6/18/25). This invoice includes the diagnosis and parts sourcing (1.5hrs)
