Came and reevaluated customers zoning system and found some dampers were landed on the wrong zones, wiring was unruly and there appeared to be water leaking from coil. Isolated each damper and then located their zones and landed them on board, performed some cable management to clean up wiring and opened evaporator coil case and found insulation had been wicking from door. Sealed up insulation with aluminum tape. Tested dampers and they are working 100% now. Thank you!
