Went for a heating inspection call today.Did a combustion test is within range. Inspected heat exchanger no cracks/leaks were detected. Checked temp split and is passing for specifications. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch hose. Did notice blower wheel has a lot of dust buildup will recommend a cleaning. Inducer motor is leaking and at max rating for furnace. As well capacitor on blower motor is under spec. Will recommend for inducer motor and blower cap to be replaced. System is up and running before departure. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
