We have used LBA for over 20 years to repair, service, and install heating and plumbing equipment in our house. We were very happy for many years and felt that we were being well taken care of, with quality service and expert advice on our homes HVAC and plumbing. I would always tell anyone who was looking to get HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work done "LBA is not the cheapest option, but they do quality work and are very professional, and, in my opinion the best home service company in the KC metro." Then, it seemed that there was a noticitable decline in service and reliability with LBA around (maybe?) 2020 and I slowly began to stop recommending LBA services. BUT, the past two years I have seen a dramatic shift back to the company of quality and customer focus. Please continue to hire and give praise (and well deserved raises) to service techs like Johann. Front line, customer facing service techs like Johann are the reason I will again start recommending LBA to people
