Dispatched for: A/C frozen Findings: Upon arrival, the system was off. A full inspection was performed while the system remained off - no visible faults or abnormalities were noted at that time. Once the system was powered on and called for cooling, a fault became apparent. The primary control board is not sending voltage to the blower motor. As a result, the blower does not operate during the cooling cycle. Diagnosis: The lack of blower operation is causing insufficient airflow across the evaporator coil, leading to the coil freezing and the compressor becoming slugged with liquid refrigerant - a condition that can severely damage the compressor if left unresolved.
