Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections that are very heavily rusted and deteriorated. Suggest extending downspouts in the winter above ground. Also suggest grading on left side of house and possible sump pit and pump. Once water is resolved then spin cast mortaring and spray lining of ducts should be done.
