Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 2 gas fired High Efficiency furnaces located in the basement. 2nd Furnace unit: Ask customer to turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed polarized filter provided by the homeowner. Turned on humidifier and changed water panel 45 provided by climate plus. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Blew out condensate line. Checked electrical. Cleaned the flame sensor. Measured heat rise at 52. System is operating as it should.
