Received a call at the unit that served the second and third floors is not properly cooling, start up the machine and checked all of my pressure and temperature ratings. My superheat and subcooling is spot on with the inflate, however I noticed that I am only getting a 13° temperature drop across the evaporator coil. I checked and confirmed that there are no air leaks that are affecting my supply air temperature from where the return air in measured, I'm going to reach out to text service on Monday to run several possible issues that may be causing the problem. We have a confirmation with technical support which back out to confirm the next recommended steps.
