Arrived on site for heating and cooling maintenance. Customer lead me to condenser, air handler, and boiler. Started with air handler, customer fan blower has some microbial growth covering wires. Replaced fan blower capacitor, capacitor was rusted and corroded. Replaced with turbo mini. No filters on site. Washed down condenser with chemical and water. Checked pressures and temp difference.
