We installed a new kitchen fresh air make-up air intake system to enhance indoor air quality and ventilation. The installation included a new 8" fresh air line connecting the exterior of the home to the return duct on the furnace, along with an 8" automatic damper for efficient airflow control. We also installed the required relay and transformer, completed all necessary low-voltage wiring from the kitchen hood to the new controls, and tied the system into the furnace fan motor to ensure seamless operation. This system provides improved ventilation and fresh air circulation for a healthier and more comfortable home environment.
