Arrived on site for maintenance. Customer stated no issues with unit as of yet. There was no filter on site to change, Filter size is 24x30x1. Temp split peaked at 18.5. System is a r410a unit. Unit has a TXV in it. Condenser was covered in dirt/dust. Sprayed down condenser inside out with chemical and water. (Made sure to place hose where no one can trip) Check pressures on condenser. Pressure are good.
