Arrived for maintenance, Customer lead me to both air handlers, second floor is fully ducted, Downstairs has a mini split, Both connected to one inverter. Filter for up stairs was not changed, customer did not have one on stand by. Washed both filters for downstairs. Upstairs tempt Register was 81°F Supply was 70°F Downstairs return was 79°F Supply was 64°F Washed down inverter with just water. Scrubbed the top. Updated customer on unit's info, customer acknowledged and signed off.
