6/11/25 - Completed a full cooling maintenance on three split systems. The filters were changed, the coils were washed and proper operation was tested. Units 1 and 2 were in good condition, they were running well, and they had no issues at this time. Unit 3 had a very low temperature split, which is most likely due to the A coil starting to freeze up. There is most likely a refrigerant issue, but the unit will need to be diagnosed further to determine the issue. Until then, the unit will not be cooling to its full potential.
