Arrived at the customers home for no cool over the weekend. Customer told me after switching from heating to cooling her thermostat set point would not go below 90 degrees. She called Honeywell and they got the thermostat reset and the set point for cooling lowered. Over the weekend the system would not cool below 81 degrees. I put the system into cooling mode and began by checking static pressure. I found static pressure to be failing at this time with the system having a max static of .8 and I got a reading of .76. I changed the furnace filters, and verified all vents and dampers were open and retested the system. Static pressure was still failing. I performed a temperature split between the supply and return air which was 20 degrees. I moved to the outdoor unit and checked all electrical and refrigerant levels which were all within manufacture specifications today. System is operating and cooling properly at this time. I spoke with the customer about monitoring the system for now a
