Today I arrived and checked in with the front desk. The concern is that a couple of days ago the A/C didn’t seem to be keeping up however this morning they said that it was doing fine. The difference between today and a day ago is that they didn’t set the thermostat at 76 overnight. I accessed the attic and checked the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor amps and gathered temperatures. What I discovered was that the system is operating correctly. With the higher humidity and heat I recommended leaving the thermostat at 71-72 overnight for the next few weeks until outside humidity drops. Once the outside humidity drops they should be able to go back to setting the thermostat higher overnight. Thank you, Jon Tech notes:*attic access locked and key returned to mechanical room.
