Upon arrival today I started by rinsing the outdoor unit. It wasn’t very dirty but I went ahead and got it cleaned up for them today. Next, I checked the static pressure which is passing at this time. I checked the blower motor running amps downstairs and it was testing within manufacturer specifications. The refrigerant charge looks good today and the temperature split in the home was at a nice 18 degrees. Next, I moved outside to check the compressor and fan motor running amps and both were testing within specs. The capacitor as testing within specs at 96% today. Your system is running well.
