Upon arrival I began the AC tune up. First, I ran a static pressure test. This unit has a max rating of .5 static pressure and the system is testing at .62 in cooling mode which is considered failing. I spoke with the homeowner about this and she understands. Next, I checked the running amps on the blower motor which tested within specs. I took a temperature split on the system and it was at 22 degrees which is good. I moved to the outdoor unit. Unit as clean at my arrival today. The refrigerant charge looks good. I tested the compressor and fan motor outside and both tested within specs. I also checked the capacitor which is used for the compressor. It is testing at 100%. Your system is operating properly at this time and you are ready for the summer now.
