Lindsey played a video which showed the system making the reported noise. Tested the system and observed some rattling sounds coming from panels that were slightly loose on the condenser. Added additional screws to secure the panels and made sure every screw opening was occupied. Offered to preventably rebuild the top of the outdoor unit (motor, fan, topper, and capacitor). Lindsey said they would if it happened again. Explained that the fan assembly outside is very delicate and needs to be perfectly balanced to prevent damage to the unit or improper operation. The presence of the stick and the fan rubbing against the side of the shroud caused wear and tear that it was not designed to handle. System produced normal operating sounds (other than the rattling of the loose panels) during the service visit.
