Went for a maintenance call today. System was passing for static when testing. All electrical components are passing when testing. Temp split is within range passing. Did replace filter for customer. No wear and tear on heat exchanger. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch hose. No further wear and tear for heat. Did check for cool as well. Temp split was super low. Connected gauges pressure were off. Tested txv and did fail. Txv will need to be replaced. Supervisor gave solutions for customer. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann.
