1. Dig up an area in the basement where the toilet line joins the main line and leaves the house. 2. Repair that union and replace with new pvc. 3. Camera and test the line to insure proper flow and correct functioning 4. Replace the concrete in the basement area where we dug and replaced the pipe. This does not rebuild or replace the entire line.
