I responded to the customers residence for a complaint of a shower drain clog. Upon my arrival the resident showed me to the basement shower drain which is an area drain. She then show me a secondary area drain, which was clogged. Due to the area drains being clogged and toilet paper in the drain. It was indicative of a main drain back up. I accessed the main drain through a nearby clean out and cabled the line to 100 feet. At this time I was unable to get the area drains to unclog and drain.
