Went for an AC maintenance today. Did a static pressure test, both systems passed. Temperature splits between the supply and return duct passed. Evaporator coils are both rusted. Outside units got washed. Refrigerant pressures got adjusted on the main floor system. Refrigerant pressures passed for the upstairs system. Fan motor and compressor amperage’s passed for both systems. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
