For this job we did our regular inspections. Water heater is getting older advised customer to keep an eye on the health of the WH and he also has a backwater valve getting in pretty bad shape, heavy corrosion, another thing I advised the customer to be aware of future replacement. Overall health of plumbing is good. Only other thing is potentially updating all his older gait valve style stops. Which customer is also aware of
