Today the lower roof unit that serves the back of the office had its evap coil exposed and cleaned. The drain pan was flushed once the debris was removed. The drain was refilled. This unit was also checked for proper function from the thermostat. The wiring connection for the cooling functions was reestablished and then it cycled properly from the thermostat. The temp split was 17deg (73-56). On the upper roof the second from the north and the third from the north rooftop units were dissasembled, the condenser coils were split, washed and then reassembled. The temperature splits were 15 for these units. After they were serviced and back together the temp splits raised on both units to 18degf. This is an improvement and the units are operating with reduced pressures now that they are expelling heat properly. While on the roof with a hose today the unreal unit on the lower roof was hosed off as well as the large unit on the upper roof. Both had some cottonwood that had ac
