For this job, I was performing routine maintenance on an air conditioner and furnace. Upon checking the system, it is 11 years old, but still operating fairly well. Upon checking the outdoor unit superheat was a little high, but that’s because the outdoor unit was so dirty so we cleaned Off the coils and everything is operating well.
