During a service inspection of my furnace, a problem was detected that required immediate attention to replace. Nick came out that same day and explained what he was recommending and why. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional. Felt comfortable that I was having the correct equipment installed. Nick was also able to schedule the installation very promptly. I am a very satisfied customer. I gave pricing only 3 stars - only because this, like most other things, is soooooo expensive. Note: I did not price compare to any other vendor - so as far as I know, I could be getting a really great deal.
