Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. First, I did a static pressure test. This unit is rated for a maximum static pressure of .5 and your system is testing at .44 which is below the max allowed so it is currently passing. Next, I did a CO test to ensure safe operation and my meter showed Zero PPM(parts per million). Next, I checked the running amps on the inducer and blower motor and both were testing within manufacturer specifications. I took a temperature split on the system as well. This systems temperature rise should be between 40 & 70 degrees. The supply temp was at 138 degree - return temp of 80 degrees shows a temp split of 58 degrees which is within specifications. You’re system is running great! If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us! Your LBA Technician, Tyler Rickard P.S.
