Arrived to remedy a minisplit that is inoperable. Upon inspection of the system found a wire just hanging in the electrical cabinet outside. Landed that wire where it’s supposed to go and checked for power. Found that the breaker is off to the unit. Reset the breaker and turned the system on. Set it for cooling and measured a temperature split. Found that the unit is not cooling at all. Found one fitting outside and inspect it was over tightened and is causing the leak. Did not perform a leak search. System is off and inoperable at this time.
