Company responded to customers residence for complaint of main drain back up. Upon arrival customer showed company to the basement and a floor drain that has backed up. The drain had remnants of toilet paper, indicated a main drain clog. The company located a main stack along the basement wall. The line was cabled two times. The first cabling revealed old wet wipes in the drain and other soft clog material. The second cabling was approximately 90-100 feet. When the cable returned it had tree roots attached to the cable. A camera was run through the line confirming soft clog material which continues to close after cabling. The camera findings will be presented on a separate ticket.
